(WINDSOR, ON) The Windsor Express have released forward, Casey Love and placed guard, Ryan Anderson on the injured reserve list.
The moves allow Windsor to activate forward, Kirk Williams Jr and guard/forward, J amarcus Ellis.
Ellis, from Chicago, Illinois, spent his Junior year at Indiana University in 2007-2008 and finished fourth in the Big Ten in rebounds with 7.0 per game and eighth in assists at 3.4 per game.
The effort earned him honorable mention in the All-Big Ten list by the media.
He was drafted by the Rio Grande Valley Vipers of the NBA D-League in 2009.
Love played nine games with the Express this season, averaging 4.3 points and 2.4 rebounds in just over 10.3 points per game.
Anderson is averaging 9.1 points and 3.7 rebounds per game in his eight appearances with the Express.
Williams was acquired from the Mississauga Power on December 12th, along with the rights to forward, George Goode in exchange for a 1st round pick in the 2015-2016 NBL Draft.
The Express continue their GTA tour with a game on Friday, December 19th in Brampton against the A's at 7:00pm.
The next Windsor home game is Saturday, December 27th when they host Williams' former team, the Mississauga Power at 7:00pm at the WFCU Centre.
For that game, all children 13 years old and younger get in free.
