Windsor Express News Release
LONDON, ON - The Windsor Express (8-11) delivered London (16-2) their second loss of the season, dumping the Lightning 108-102.
The win is some revenge for the Express, who lost 86-66 to London the night before.
Windsor stormed out of the gates, riding a 30-point second quarter to a 51-40 lead at the half.
That lead only grew in the third, as the Express lead ballooned to 83-65.
But a fierce comeback by the Lightning brought them within two points with 1:22 to go.
Clutch free throws by Kevin Loiselle and Darren Duncan helped seal the victory for the Express.
Duncan closed the game with 25 points and 8 assists, one of six Windsor players to score in double figures.
Chris Commons led the way with a game high 26 points. Lester Prosper ripped down 13 rebounds, followed closely by Loiselle, who had 12.
Windsor now prepares for the start of 2013, when they travel to Montreal for a three game series against the Jazz.
