Express Fall to Storm in First of Back to Back

(WINDSOR, ON)-The Express will look to get revenge on the Storm Sunday afternoon in an exciting rematch as Summerside returns to the WFCU for a 2PM game.
The Windsor Express came up a little short 86-74 against the visiting Summerside Storm tonight.
Surmacz had his best game of the young National Basketball League of Canada season as he hit 12 from the field goal range, added 5-for-5 at the foul line and showed he could hit from just about anywhere on the court as he added a pair of three-pointers. The University of Windsor product also dominated on the boards, ripping down eight. He played 37 of the 48 minutes for the Express that trailed 46-39 at the half.
Anthony Johnson had a great game as well for Windsor as he netted 10 points for the Express.
There was several exciting moments in this game and one of the highlights was
a great second effort when Isaac Kuon grabbed a rebound just as the shot clock ran out. He got it to Johnson who banked one off the glass.
Newcomer Erik Parker was strong on the boards as he had six rebounds and chipped in with five points.
The Express is ready for their rematch against the Storm this Sunday.
