Power Suffers Their First Home Loss of Season to London Lightning

(OSHAWA, ON) Durham's team, the Oshawa Power suffer their first home loss of the season to their 401 rivals the London Lightning 153-115. The Power started slow, but were able to battle back before eventually falling to the league's best team.

"We had 23 or 24 assists," said Head Coach Larry Blunt after the loss. "It wasn't offensively, it all boils down to defensively. As a coach I have to do a better job of getting our guys prepared."

William "Bo" Harris poured in 26 points and Nick Okorie added 17 points and 6 assist. Local Durham region stars Papa Oppong and Courtney Small once again had stellar performances as each of them scored 16 points.

The Power will little time to dwell on the loss as their get set to host the up-tempo Summerside Storm Saturday November 17, 2012 with tip off at 7:00 p.m. at the General Motor Centre.
