Everblades to Host One Millionth Fan This Weekend at TECO Arena

Estero, FL - The Florida Everblades Director of Marketing and "Voice of the Everblades" Mark Miller announced today that the Florida Everblades will host their one millionth fan this weekend on Saturday night. The Everblades regular season attendance currently stands at 990,751 and is projected to hit one million on Saturday night.
Ten tickets will be randomly drawn on Saturday. Those ten contestants will then be brought to the ice during the second intermission to compete in a puck shooting contest to determine who will be the Everblades regular season one millionth fan. The puck shooting contest will start at the near blue line and will back up to the far goal line until one person remains.
The one millionth fan will receive a trip including hotel, airfare to Detroit, Michigan provided by Spirit Airlines and tickets to see the defending Stanley Cup Champion Detroit Red Wings play in Hockeytown, USA. The other nine contestants will receive an Everblades prize pack which will include and autographed stick and tickets to an upcoming Florida Panthers home game.
Florida remains home at TECO Arena this weekend and takes on the Augusta Lynx on Friday November 15th and Saturday, November 16th. Both games begin at 7:30 PM. All 72 regular season games can be heard on Sportsradio 770 AM and NewsRadio 1660 AM with the "Voice of the Everblades" Mark Miller calling the play by play.
