CONDORSTOWN, Calif. - The Bakersfield Condors announced today that rookie D Ethan Bear was recalled by the Edmonton Oilers (NHL). Edmonton plays in San Jose tonight at 7:30 p.m. Over the weekend, RW Ty Rattie became the 25th player in three seasons to play for the Condors and Oilers.

Two game-winning goals, including an overtime winner in Iowa on January 19
From Ochapowace, Saskatchewan, Bear was a 5th round selection (#124) by Edmonton in 2015
Should he appear in a game with Edmonton he would join C Jujhar Khaira, D Matthew Benning, and D Dillon Simpson to make their NHL debuts after playing in Bakersfield in the past three seasons
