
Espino Rejoins Aeros

The Cleveland Indians announced Saturday that RHP Paolo Espino has been assigned to the Akron Aeros from the Triple-A Columbus Clippers.
Espino, 25, began the season with the Aeros, appearing in three games with no record or ERA. He spent a month on the disabled list with a strained oblique muscle that he suffered in his first start of the season. He was promoted to Columbus on May 12th, and made two starts for the Clippers, going 0-1, 6.75. Espino is expected to join the Aeros rotation.
