Eskimos sign pass catching trio

Edmonton, AB - There will be no shortage of receivers when the Edmonton Eskimos open their 2003 training camp on May 25th. The club announced today that free agents Kory Bailey, Antonio Harrison and Terrence Simmons have agreed to terms.

Kory Bailey finished his excellent collegiate career at North Carolina, 4th on the schools' all-time list with 139 receptions and 5th all-time in receiving yards with 1,939. Kory is one of only three players in UNC history with at least 25 catches in each season and is just the ninth player in school history to hit the century mark in receptions. His senior season (2001), Kory had a career high 44 catches for 608 yards and 6 TDs. Bailey signed as a free agent with the New York Jets and was a late cut from their 2002 training camp.

Antonio Harrison spent two seasons at West Texas A&M (1998-1999) before signing as a free agent with the Calgary Stampeders May 1st, 2000 and attended their training camp. During his time at Texas A&M, Antonio caught 54 passes for 1,008 yards and 8 TDs and was named to the All-Lone Star Conference Second Team
