----- Today, the SeaWolves look for a series win and a three-game winning streak as they take on the Reading Phillies (Philadelphia Phillies) in the final game of a four-game series at Jerry Uht Park. Last night, the SeaWolves once again used late inning dramatics en route to the club's second straight win. Rawley Bishop singled home a pair in last nights eighth innings, helping the 'Wolves to a 4-2 win. The win put the SeaWolves record back at the .500 mark...Lefty Kelvin De La Cruz makes his 10th appearance, eighth start and first appearance against the Phillies. He took a loss in his last start and has dropped four of his last five with the lone win coming on May 13 against Altoona. De La Cruz took a loss in his last start at Altoona on May 19. In the game, he allowed four runs on four hits with two walks and three strikeouts in five innings of work. Erie lost the game 6-3...The Phillies send RHP Julio Rodriguez to the mound making his ninth start and first against the SeaWolves. Rodriguez has combined to allow just two runs over his last three starts and has not allowed an earned run since April 27 (23.0 innings without an ER in his last four starts). Rodriguez took a no-decision in his last start against New Britain on May 19. In the game, he allowed an unearned run on four hits with no walks and seven strikeouts in seven innings of work...The SeaWolves will continue the homestand on Friday night as they welcome division rival Akron in a four-game wrap around series.

----- The SeaWolves will host the SeaWolves Bowling Bash at Greengarden Lanes on Thursday, June 21. The bowling fundraiser will take place from 6 pm - 8:30 pm with proceeds benefiting United Way of Erie County. - The event will feature SeaWolves players, one at each bowling lane, interacting with event guests, signing autographs, and posing for pictures. The event will also include door prizes and a memorabilia silent auction. - Each participant will receive up to three games of bowling, shoe rental, a raffle ticket, and pizza, for a registration fee of $25.
