Elmira's Johnson Suspended

PRINCETON, N.J. - The ECHL announced that Chaz Johnson of the Elmira Jackals has been suspended for one game for his actions in ECHL Game #717, Elmira at Johnstown, on April 3.

Johnson received an instigating penalty at 17:45 of the third period and is suspended under Rule 47.21 - Any player deemed to be the instigator or aggressor of an altercation in the final five (5) minutes of regulation time or at any time during overtime, shall automatically be suspended for one game.

Johnson will miss Elmira's playoff game against Florida on April 6.
