Elmira Jackals News Release
As a community owned team, staying active in the community is extremely important to all of us at the Jackals. During May, our staff was able to participate in many unique events and to meet many of you, our terrific fans. We hope you enjoyed seeing us around in May, and we look forward to continuing to interact with you throughout the summer.
Downtown Clean-Up
Art Director, Danielle Alred, and Game Ops and Sales Rep, Anthony Benge sweep the streets outside of First Arena.
On May 7th, the Jackals' staff participated in Elmira's Downtown Clean-Up, an effort by local businesses and community members to make Elmira a clean and beautiful place to live.

We look forward to working with Susan G. Komen again this upcoming hockey season. The Elmira Jackals will be partnering with the foundation again this year, as we host the annual Pink in the Rink game on March 25, 2017.
Glove House Fundraiser
Blade headed over to Wisner Park on the 26th for the Annual Glove House fundraiser. Blade had a great time making new friends at the event, and looks forward to hopefully seeing his new friends again during the hockey season.
Elmira Memorial Day Parade
On May 30th, Memorial Day, Blade took to the streets in the back of a Chevrolet Colorado donated by Simmons-Rockwell. It was a beautiful day to remember those who have served our country.
Thank You!
As always, we would like to thank the Arnot Mall for sponsoring everyone's favorite furry Elmira Jackal, Blade.
