
Eight Kamloops Blazers on Training Camp Rosters

Kamloops, BC - The Kamloops Blazers have seven alumni and one current player on NHL training camp rosters. The NHL will begin their 56-game regular season on January 13th.
Forward Connor Zary headlines the list as he participates in his first NHL Training camp. Zary was chosen in the first round, 24th overall in the 2020 NHL Draft by the Calgary Flames.
He was a member of Canada's National Junior Team which won a Silver Medal at the IIHF 2021 World Junior Hockey Championship in Edmonton earlier this week.
Zary signed his entry-level contract with the Flames on December 31.
Other alumni on NHL training camp rosters include: Gage Quinney (Las Vegas), Joel Edmundson (Montreal), Connor Ingram (Nashville), Rudolfs Balcers (Ottawa), Devan Dubnyk (San Jose), Garrett Pilon (Washington), Cole Kehler (Winnipeg).
