Allen Americans News Release
Allen defeated Ontario 4 games to 3 in the Western Conference Finals, winning Game 7 at home 3-1. The Americans, who are the first expansion team to reach the Kelly Cup Finals since Idaho in 2004, are just the fifth team in ECHL postseason history to win a best-of-seven series after trailing 3 games to 1.
Allen will have home ice advantage in the Finals and will begin their Quest for the Kelly Cup on Sunday, May 31 at Allen Event Center with a 4:05 pm puck drop..
