* Nathan Marsters made 16 saves and got his first professional shutout in a
3-0 win at Augusta on Tuesday.
* Mike Harder leads the Checkers on special teams with nine points
(4ppg-3ppa) and (1shg-1sha).
* IceGators went 2-0-0 against Charlotte in 2003-04, outscoring the
Checkers 12-3.
* Checkers are ranked third in the ECHL in scoring average with 3.28
goals-per-game.
Wheeling Nailers (11-8-0) at Atlantic City Boardwalk Bullies
(13-5-2) 7:05 p.m. ET
* Nailers are 9-0-0 when leading after the second period.
* Bullies' Jake Moreland is 11-3-1 and leads all goaltenders in wins (11),
minutes (938) and saves (458).
* Chris MacKenzie has five points (3g-2a) and is a +2 in his last five
games for Wheeling.
* CCM Vector Rookie of the Month, Derek Edwardson leads the Bullies
at home with 10 points (5g-5a).
Bakersfield Condors (13-2-2) at Victoria Salmon Kings (4-10-2) 7:00

* Jason Stone made 29 saves to give the Kings' their first-ever win at home
on Tuesday, 5-2 over Bakersfield.
* Condors' Brad Mehalko has eight points (3g-5a) in seven road games this
season.
* Ryan Watson and Jeff Williams each had a pair of goals in Victoria's 5-2
win over Bakersfield on Tuesday.
* Condors' Yutaka Fukufuji is tied for the league lead in overtime wins
with two.
