
ECHL Suspends South Carolina's Henley for 10 Games

PRINCETON, N.J. â The East Coast Hockey League announced on Saturday that it has suspended South Carolina defenseman Brent Henley for 10 games as a result of his actions in ECHL Game # 375 at Columbia on December 20.
At 13:44 of the second period, Henley was assessed a match penalty under Rule 43 Attempt To Injure.
Henley has missed South Carolina's games vs. Augusta (Dec. 21), at Charlotte (Dec. 26) and vs. Columbia (Dec. 27). He will miss South Carolina's games at Columbia (Dec. 28), vs. Pee Dee (Dec. 31), at Pee Dee (Jan. 3), vs. Greenville (Jan. 4), vs. Richmond (Jan. 7), at Richmond (Jan. 8), and vs. Trenton (Jan. 10).
