Princeton, NJ â Tuesday, June 29, 2004: The ECHL has announced its' player and hockey staff awards for the 2003-04 season. ECHL MVP honors will be handed out later this week. And the winners are....
ITECH HOCKEY ECHL "Goaltender of the Year" Award -Scott Stirling â Atlantic City Boardwalk Bullies.
ECHL "Coach of the Year" Award - Pat Bingham â Wheeling Nailers.
ECHL "Leading Scorer" Award" - Tim Smith â Columbia Inferno.
ECHL "Defenseman of the Year" Award - Corey Neilson â Pensacola Ice Pilots.
ECHL "Rookie of the Year" Award - Kevin Doell â Gwinnett Gladiators.
ECHL "Sportsmanship" Award - Mark Pederson â San Diego Gulls.
C&T Hockey Products "Plus Performer of the Year" Award - Tim Smith â Columbia Inferno.
ECHL/Southern Sports Supply "Equipment Manager of the Year" Award - John Krouse â Pensacola Ice Pilots.
