
ECHL Announces Fines
April 15, 2013 - ECHL (ECHL) News Release
PRINCETON, N.J. - The ECHL on Monday announced the following fines.
Cincinnati's Aubin fined
Cincinnati's Mathieu Aubin has been fined an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Playoff Game #D-5, Toledo at Cincinnati, on April 13.
Aubin is fined under Rule #28 - Supplementary Discipline, for careless use of his stick in the third period of the game.
Under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the ECHL and the Professional Hockey Players' Association, player fines collected by the ECHL are given to the PHPA for its ECHL Player's Hardship Fund.
Elmira's Mullins fined
Elmira head coach Dwight Mullins has been fined an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions following ECHL Playoff Game #B-5, Florida at Elmira, on April 13.
Mullins was assessed a game misconduct under Rule #39.5 at 20:00 of the third period. He is fined under Rule #28 - Supplementary Discipline.
