
ECHL Announces Fines, Suspension

PRINCETON, N.J. - The ECHL on Tuesday announced the following fines and suspension.
Florida's Henley fined, suspended
Florida's Brent Henley has been suspended for one game and fined an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #789, Cincinnati at Florida, on March 23.
Henley was assessed a game misconduct for aggressor under Rule #46.2 at 2:41 of the second period. He is fined and suspended under Rule #28 - Supplementary Discipline.
Henley will miss Florida's game at Orlando tonight (March 26).
Under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the ECHL and the Professional Hockey Players' Association, player fines collected by the ECHL are given to the PHPA for its ECHL Player's Hardship Fund.
Fort Wayne's Hegarty fined
Fort Wayne's Tim Hegarty has been fined an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #785, Fort Wayne at Elmira, on March 23.
Hegarty was assessed a game misconduct under Rule #40.3 at 11:16 of the third period. He is fined under Rule #28 - Supplementary Discipline.
Under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the ECHL and the Professional Hockey Players' Association, player fines collected by the ECHL are given to the PHPA for its ECHL Player's Hardship Fund.
Orlando's Cruthers fined
Orlando's Ryan Cruthers has been fined an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #797, Cincinnati at Orlando, on March 24.
Cruthers was assessed minor penalty for diving at 2:50 of the second period. He is fined under Rule #64.3 as a result of his second diving incident of the season.
Under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the ECHL and the Professional Hockey Players' Association, player fines collected by the ECHL are given to the PHPA for its ECHL Player's Hardship Fund.
Wheeling's Donatelli fined
Wheeling head coach Clark Donatelli has been fined an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #531, Wheeling at Kalamazoo, on March 24.
Donatelli was assessed a game misconduct under Rule #39.5 at 7:51 of the third period.
