Ebbett Heads Back to Chicago

The Vancouver Canucks have reassigned center ANDREW EBBETT to the Chicago Wolves.

The 30-year-old forward rejoins Chicago after being recalled by Vancouver on Thursday. He has skated in five games with the Canucks this season after joining the team once the National Hockey League lockout concluded.

The Calgary, Alberta, native has notched 9 points (3G, 6A) during a six-game point streak with the Wolves dating back to Dec. 30. He ranks third on Chicago with 17 assists and 25 points in 32 games this season.

EBBETT skated in 18 NHL games with Vancouver last season, posting five goals and six points.
