Villanueva, who is a native of Miami, Florida, made his lone start of the week on Monday night against the visiting Trenton Thunder and fired a complete game shutout in Bowie's 6-0 victory. He threw 60 of his 90 pitches for strikes while striking out four batters and scattering four hits and two walks over nine innings of work.
