1. New York Red Bulls - 7 pts. | 2-1 win at Columbus Crew SC, Week Five: OFF
The Red Bulls remain the only undefeated team in the Eastern Conference after taking home three points from MAPFRE Stadium.
2. D.C. United - 6 pts. | 1-0 vs. LA Galaxy, Week Five: at Orlando City SC
Chris Pontius scored a diving header in the third minute of injury time to give United the edge over the defending MLS Cup Champions.
3. New York City FC - 5 pts. | 1-0 loss at Sporting Kansas City, Week Five: OFF
With striker David Villa out due to a strained groin, NYCFC's unbeaten streak ended in front of a sold-out crowd at Yankee Stadium.
4. Orlando City SC - 5 pts. | 2-2 draw at Montreal Impact, Week Five: vs. D.C. United
Led by Kaka and Pedro Ribeiro, Orlando rallied back from a 2-0 deficit to secure a point in Canada. The two Brazilians combined for each of their goals within one minute.
5. New England Revolution - 4 pts. | 2-1 win vs. San Jose Earthquakes, Week Five: at Colorado Rapids
Things are looking up for the Revolution. After losing their opening two matches on the road, the defending Easter Conference Champions have collected four points at home.
6. Columbus Crew SC - 3 pts. | 2-1 loss vs. New York Red Bulls, Week Five: OFF
Crew SC's home streak of seven straight regular season wins snapped against the Red Bulls, as midfielder Tony Tchani scored his first regular season goal since June 2012.
7. Toronto FC - 3 pts. | 2-1 loss at Real Salt Lake, Week Five: at Chicago Fire
Drama in the dying minutes in Salt Lake City: After Jackson scored the equalizer for Toronto in the 88th, Real's Jordan Allen responded a minute later with the game-winning goal.
8. Chicago Fire - 3 pts. | 1-0 win vs. Philadelphia Union, Week Five: vs. Toronto FC
After three losses to start the season, Chicago can breathe a little easier. A set-piece header from Adailton pushed the Fire past the Union.
9. Montreal Impact - 2 pts. | 2-2 draws vs. Orlando City SC, Week Five: OFF
The Impact are still waiting for their first MLS win of the season after they let a 2-0 lead slip away against the Lions. They'll have to wait a little longer, as they won't be back in MLS action until April 11.
10. Philadelphia Union - 2 pts. | 1-0 loss at Chicago Fire, Week Five: at Sporting Kansas City
Philadelphia has scored in only one of its four matches this season. With two consecutive defeats the Union will be eager to get back on the score sheet against Sporting this week.
