
Earthquakes Return Home to Host Toronto FC Saturday at Buck Shaw Stadium

SAN JOSE, Calif. - The San Jose Earthquakes look to extend their unbeaten streak to five games and continue their shutout streak, which currently stands at four-plus matches (363 minutes), when they host Toronto FC in Santa Clara on Saturday, May 29. The game kicks off at 7 p.m. PT at Buck Shaw Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif. The game will air live on Comcast SportsNet California and on the radio on 1220 KDOW (English) and 1370 KZSF (Spanish).
The Quakes and Toronto FC played twice in 2009. Toronto FC picked up a 3-1 win over the Quakes at Buck Shaw Stadium on July 11 behind a pair of goals from Chad Barrett, and one from Pablo Vitti. Cornell Glen scored a stoppage time equalizer for San Jose on Oct. 10 at BMO Field in Toronto in front of a stunned crowd as the Quakes pulled out a 1-1 draw.
