
Eagles Add Rookie Forward Peter MacIntyre

(WINDSOR, CO) - The Colorado Eagles announced Thursday that they have signed forward Peter MacIntyre to a standard player contract. The 6-foot-5, 190-pound winger began the 2015-16 season with the Norfolk Admirals, where he posted one assist in three games.
MacIntyre recently concluded his collegiate career at UMass-Boston, generating 106 points in 79 games, including 47 goals. The Norfolk, Massachusetts native was also named to the 2014 ECAC East All-Tournament team during his junior season with the Beacons.
Prior to reaching the collegiate level, MacIntyre spent three seasons in the EJHL with the South Shore Kings and Boston Jr. Bandits, registering 97 points in 98 contests. He was also named to the EJHL All-Star team during the 2011-12 season after tallying 27 goals and 33 assists in 44 games with the Jr. Bandits.
MacIntyre will wear number 55 for the Eagles and is expected to travel with the team to Rapid City for a pair of meetings with the Rush this Friday and Saturday.
