Dream Look to Extend Streak to Five against Dallas Saturday

August 10, 2018 - Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA) - Atlanta Dream News Release

ATLANTA - The Atlanta Dream will face the visiting Dallas Wings for its Fan Appreciation Game presented by Delta Air Lines inside McCamish Pavilion Saturday beginning at 2 p.m. ET. The game will air live on FOX Sports Southeast.

Atlanta (20-10) claimed the season tiebreaker against Los Angeles with a 79-73 victory Thursday night. The Dream matched its best all-time regular season win total (20 - 2011). Jessica Breland led the Dream in scoring with 19 points, nine rebounds and three blocks. Alex Bentley and Tiffany Hayes chipped in 13 points apiece.

Atlanta is currently hanging on to the second spot in the WNBA standings after winning 12 of its last 13 games.

Dallas (14-15) returns to action after falling to the Connecticut Sun, 101-92, Wednesday night. Liz Cambage led the Wings in scoring with 29 points and nine rebounds.

The two teams will meet for the third and final time this season Saturday. The Wings lead the series 2-0, winning most recently, 101-78, on May 26 in Atlanta.

The first 500 fans entering the arena Saturday will receive ear buds courtesy of Delta Air Lines. Throughout the game, fans can expect multiple giveaways and more.
