Dayton, OH - The Cincinnati Reds have reassigned INF Angel Colon and RHP Jon George to extended spring training in Sarsaota, Florida. Colon, a 35th round selection in the 2005 First Year Player Draft out of Iowa Wesleyan College, hit .143 in two games with one RBI playing third base. George, a 16th round selection by the Reds in the 2002 First Year Player Draft, appeared in eight games out of the bullpen with Dayton posting a 0-1 record with a 3.29 ERA in 13.2 innings pitched. INF J.D. Reininger has been activated off the temporary inactive list and will be available for the Dragons on the team's upcoming eight game nine day trip to Burlington and Clinton, Iowa beginning Saturday night at Community Field in Burlington. Reininger is hitting .207 with one home run and two runs batted in 10 games with the Dragons this season. The moves leave the Dragons roster at 24, one under the max limit.
