Laredo, TX - With more rain expected in the forecast late Saturday night, officials for the Laredo Broncos have moved Saturday's doubleheader with the San Angelo Colts up an hour from 6:05 to 5:05. Both games of the doubleheader will be only seven innings long per United League Baseball rules.
Aaron Cunningham (2-3, 5.76 ERA) will pitch for San Angelo against Santo Hernandez (4-2, 5.63 ERA) for Laredo.
Game two will feature Brian Henschel (2-3, 5.29 ERA) for the Colts agains Juan Peralta (2-0, 3.19 ERA) for the Broncos. The game can be heard on 1260 KKSA with the Kemps Pregame Show getting the broadcast started at 4:50.
The team returns home on July 5 to open a four-game series with a 7:05 contest against Edinburg. July 5 will also be Margarita Monday presented by MDX 106.1 FM. Margaritas will be served for only $2 throughout the evening.
