Denver Outlaws Announce 2020 Schedule

Denver, CO - The Denver Outlaws announced their 2020 schedule today. The Outlaws will play ten games over twelve weeks, featuring five games in Denver.
"I am extremely proud to be announcing the 2020 schedule," said Denver Outlaws' newly announced team President, Matt Bocklet. "This offseason, Major League Lacrosse has made a number of moves to strengthen the league, including the introduction of two new teams. We only play each team home once, so fans won't want to miss any of the action."
The Outlaws will open their schedule taking on the Chesapeake Bayhawks in Maryland. This will be a rematch of the 2019 MLL Championship. The Outlaws fell to the Bayhawks in Denver in the Championship game last season but will look to start their season strong with a win on the road in this rematch game.
In the 2020 season the Outlaws will play five games home and five on the road, matching up against each MLL opponent once at home and once away. The Outlaws' home schedule will open with the team facing the New York Lizards. The Lizards finished their 2019 season with a 5-11 record, putting them last in MLL standings.
Outlaws fans can look forward to three straight weeks of excitement, as the team will play home three weekends in a row. Leading off this stretch of home games is a matchup versus the newly announced Philadelphia Barrage for Mile High Fourth of July. Mile High Fourth of July has become the number one destination in Colorado for Fourth of July celebrations. 2020 will mark the Outlaws' fifteenth season hosting fans from across Colorado for an unbelievable night of lacrosse and fireworks.
All home Outlaws games this season will be played on Saturdays. On the road the Outlaws will have two Sunday games. One when facing the Philadelphia Barrage and one when playing the Cannons at Veterans Memorial Stadium in Quincy, Massachusetts.
