Denver Outlaws News Release

DENVER - Today the Denver Outlaws are proud to announce a donation of equipment to Denver City Lax, in partnership with Tribe7.

"We are very grateful to Tribe7 for donating lacrosse sticks to Denver City Lax on this Giving Tuesday" says Matt Bocklet, President of the Outlaws. "Denver City Lax is a phenomenal organization that creates educational and enrichment opportunities, through the sport of lacrosse, to youth in underserved neighborhoods. The Denver Outlaws are proud to support our immediate community through our continued partnership with Denver City Lax."

Tribe7 began producing lacrosse equipment in New York more than ten years ago. Their mission has always been to offer a premium product at an accessible price. Recently the brand switched coasts - relocating to San Diego, California; but, despite the move, Tribe7 remains true to its original mission of always putting the player first.

Denver City Lax is a local organization on a mission to create inspiring opportunities through lacrosse and has a rich history in Denver. 'Coach Rod' Allison is the original founder of Denver City Lax and continues to serve as the executive director, along with his son, Ben. "Thank you to Tribe7 and the Denver Outlaws for selecting Denver City Lax as a recipient of the Tribe7 stick donation" says Ben. "The donated sticks will help our organization not only introduce new boys and girls to lacrosse but also give them the opportunity to join a Denver City Lax team and take advantage of year-round lacrosse, education, and enrichment programs."

Earlier today MLL announced all of the nonprofits throughout the country receiving donations on behalf of MLL and Tribe7. In the announcement Pete Avery, CEO of Tribe7, stated "We partnered with MLL for Giving Tuesday because we knew the reach and weight that comes with a Major League Lacrosse partnership. Tribe7 is repositioning the brand to be the sport's leader in high performance gear at a fair value to the player and their families. This partnership allows us to live our mission of making lacrosse more accessible to more players."
