The Williamsport Crosscutters committed six errors allowing five unearned runs as they fall in game two of this three-game series to the Mahoning Valley Scrappers 11-6.
Williamsport had ten hits in the contest with three players collecting multiple hits. Freddy Rojas Jr. led the offense as he went 2-3 including his first home run of the season. Rojas Jr collected two RBIs along with two walks and a run scored. Brayland Skinner went 2-5 with two doubles and scored a run. Will Fuenning went 2-5 with an RBI and a run scored.
Ruddy Gomez made his Cutters debut and went two innings allowing six runs, four earned, along with six hits, three walks and struck out three. James Reilly went two innings allowing three runs, zero earned, on three hits and a walk. Enrico Peele threw a scoreless inning where he only allowed two walks. David Mata worked an inning allowing a run on a hit with two walks. David Burgin allowed a run on two hits, a walk, and three strikeouts in his two innings of work.
