Defenseman Jamie McBain Recalled to Kings; Forward Jordan Samuels-Thomas Returns from Manchester

Ontario, CA - The Ontario Reign, proud American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate of the Los Angeles Kings of the National Hockey League (NHL), announced today that defenseman Jamie McBain has been recalled to the Kings and forward Jordan Samuels-Thomas has been recalled to the Reign from the Manchester Monarchs of the ECHL.
McBain, 27, scored one goal and one assist for two points in three games with the Reign this season. The Edina, Minnesota, native appeared in 26 games with the Kings last season adding nine points (three goals, six assists).
Samuels-Thomas, 25, skated in two preseason games with the Reign this season and dressed in one contest with the Monarchs. The West Hartford, Connecticut, native signed with the Reign on September 24.
