
Dee Brown rejoins Wranglers

WICHITA, Kan. -- The Kansas City Royals have re-signed outfielder Dee Brown to a minor-league contract and assigned him to Wichita.
The 28-year old last played for the Wranglers in 2004, batting .303 with 12 home runs and 50 RBI in 61 games.
Brown also played for Wichita in 1999, batting .353 with 12 home runs and 56 RBI in 56-games.
Brown, the Royals' first-round draft pick in 1996, played with four minor-league teams last season in four different organizations, hitting .237 with 18 home runs and 70 RBI in 133 games.
To make room for the addition of Dee Brown, outfielder Juan Senreiso returns to the Royals Class A affiliate in High Desert, California after being called up to Wichita for four games this season.
While with the Wranglers, Senreiso batted .267 with one home run and 4 RBI and did not commit an error.
