Decter McCoil Named CFL Defensive Player of the Week

(Edmonton) - Eskimo rookie linebacker Dexter McCoil earns CFL Defensive Player of the Week honours for Week 16 for his performance in Edmonton's 41-9 victory over the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
McCoil recorded four defensive tackles, one special teams tackle, one quarterback sack, one pass knockdown and a fumble recovery returned 77-yards for a touchdown. He also brought down Bomber QB Drew Willy for a safety.
