PRESCOTT VALLEY, Ariz. - The Phoenix Suns announced today that they have recalled guard De'Anthony Melton from the Northern Arizona Suns.
Melton recorded 16 points, eight rebounds, five assists and two steals in 45 minutes of action in Northern Arizona's season-opening game against the Santa Cruz Warriors at the Prescott Valley Event Center on Saturday.
It marked the rookie's first career assignment to the NBA G League.
The Phoenix Suns next play tonight against the Memphis Grizzlies at Talking Stick Resort Arena at 6 p.m. MT.
