Tonight the Gems will be at the Kettering Rec Center to skate with the Dayton Bombers Youth Hockey Team at 5pm.
January 19th (Tuesday)have lunch with the Gems! Brixx on East 1st (across from 5th - 3rd field) is the place to be. Join the players along with the Bud Light Girls beginning at from 12 Noon!
Wednesday, January 20this$1 Beer night when the Port Huron Icehawks land at Hara the puck drops at 7pm.
The Carroll High School Baseball team will be attending the game and as part of our "School Fundraising Program". They will beholding a raffle to benefit their baseball program.
Beginning Wednesday evening we have a new voice for the Gems B2 network Tom Michaels. Michaels has 35 years of broadcasting experience including University of Daytonbasketball and football; Wright State basketball, Central State basketball, Miami football and Dayton Bombers hockey Listen live at www.daytongems.net.
The team will also be attending the Toughman contest (as guests) on January 22 and 23rd at Hara. The winner of the contest will be invited to attend the Gems game on Sunday, January 24th when the Gems take on the Quad City Mallardsfor their first visit to Hara at 5pm.
All adult tickets only $10. Student and Childrens tickets $7. Groups are welcome and parking is free.
The promotions for the rest of the season are about to be announced. Get ready for Frothy Fridays with $2 beers anddust off your ice skates forSkate with the Team after every Sunday game and much more to come!
Holiday Inn Airport North in Englewood invites all Gems fans to join them for $2 drafts after any home games. Bring your ticket stubs to Humptys and visit with other Gems fans.
January 25th join the GemsatFox and Hound in Beavercreekat 830p as they become Miami Valley's newest American Idoljudges
Lefty McFadden tribute night is Saturday, February 2nd when the Gems take on the Port Huron Icehawks at 7:30pm. Local legends will be in attendance including: Tom Hamlin, Mark Katz and Bucky Albers.
Join the Gems as they head into the second half of their firstseason.
