Today's Game : The Dayton Dragons (affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds) host the Great Lakes Loons (affiliates of the Los Angeles Dodgers) in the second game of a six-game series at Day Air Ballpark in the heart of the Water Street District.
Last Game: Tuesday : Dayton 2, Great Lakes 1. Sal Stewart went 4 for 4 with 2 RBI and added a run-saving defensive gem at second base as the Dragons won the first game of the set. Five Dragons pitchers combined to allow just three hits. Reds starter Brandon Williamson, on an MLB rehab assignment, worked the first three innings, allowing just one hit and no runs.

Dragons in the Majors : Jacob Hurtubise, who spent the 2021 season with the Dragons and completed a 3-game rehab assignment with the Dragons on Sunday, was called up to the Reds and made his MLB debut Monday night. Hurbubise became the first player to appear in a game for the Dragons and then make his MLB debut the very next day.
Rehab Assignment : Reds starting pitcher Brandon Williamson tossed three scoreless innings on an MLB rehab assignment for the Dragons on Tuesday. Previously in 2024, reliever Ian Gibaut completed a two-game rehab assignment from the Reds and outfielder Jacob Hurtubise, who was on the injured list of Triple-A Louisville, completed a three-game rehab assignment.
