Dayton Bombers News Release
Dayton, Ohio - The Dayton Bombers today announced they have reached an agreement making B2 Networks the exclusive broadband broadcaster to the team. For the next three seasons, all Bombers contests from the Nutter Center will be available to a worldwide audience.
By becoming a partner with B2 Networks, the Dayton Bombers are the 21st team in the ECHL to have games during the 2005-06 season broadcast by the growing company. For Bombers faithful it will mean the chance to watch nearly every Dayton game, home or away.
"This agreement is a big step in the ongoing process of marketing the Dayton Bombers," said Costa Papista, Bombers President and Governor. "Watching the games on B2 Networks is a great way for our fans to follow the team when they can't make it to the Nutter Center or travel to road games. We expect this increased access will help build great interest in the Bombers as the year goes on."
Fans wanting to watch Dayton Bombers via B2 will need a high speed internet connection and Windows Media Player 9 or higher. All games cost $6 dollars and can be accessed through the team website, www.daytonbombers.com. By adding Dayton to the network, B2 will broadcast a minimum of 750 ECHL games this season.
"We are looking forward to broadcasting Dayton Bombers hockey this season," said Greg P. Bell, B2 Networks Owner and CEO. "The Miami Valley has a great history of supporting hockey and we hope this agreement will give fans another reason to get involved with a growing franchise. "
