Catch Of The Day
In the afternoon practice Burris hooked up with Juhasz for a 45 yard bomb. Juhasz split two defenders as Burris hit him in stride downfield. This is the second day in a row Juhasz has taken "Catch of the Day" honours.
Overview
It was another rainy day for both practices. According to Assistant Head Coach/Defensive Coordinator linebacker Scott Coe had an outstanding day. His cover ability in man coverage was as exceptional. On the Defensive Line, Michael Josiah had a strong day as he improved on his technique and moved better, which resulted in a couple good pressures and quarterback sacks. In the backfield, Joey Boese showed his leadership skills and great cover ability. He picked up an interception in the first practice, on a Henry Burris pass which was intended for Kenyatta Morgan.
