
Dashers Make Transactions Ahead of Matchup with Watertown

Danville, IL - Today the Danville Dashers made a few rosters moves ahead of this weekends games against the Watertown Wolves.
Matt Kaludis was called up to the Knoxville Ice Bears (SPHL) this morning. Kaludis started in three games for the Dashers this season going 3-0 with a 1.32 GAA and a .973 save percentage. This will Kaludis's second time in the SPHL, back in 2016-2017 he was loaned to the Evansville Thunderbolts and the Roanoke Rail Yard Dawgs while playing for the Berlin River Drivers (FHL).
With Kaludis being called up the Dashers have signed goaltender Blake Scott to a PTO. Scott was one of 4 goalies in training camp earlier this fall. Scott played the last three seasons for Liberty University (ACHA I and II). In 39 games played Scott had a 2.47 GAA and a .913 save percentage. Scott will be backing up goaltender Aaron Taylor this weekend.
Preston Kugler has been sent back to the Dashers from the Evansville Thunderbolts. Kugler appeared in three games for Evansville collecting one assist and five penalty minutes. Before being called up Preston played in three games for the Dashers and had no points with eight penalty minutes.
Ricky Green was released this morning. Green appeared in all six games this season for the Dashers collecting two assists in that time span.
