
Dash Acquire Camille Levin from Orlando Pride for Third-Round Pick

HOUSTON- The Houston Dash have acquired defender Camille Levin from the Orlando Pride in exchange for their natural third-round pick in the 2018 National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) College Draft, the club announced today.
The Newport Beach, California native appeared in 10 matches for Orlando last season and tallied an assist on Sarah Hagen's game-winning goal against the Washington Spirit on Aug 26. In 2015, Levin appeared in 19 appearances for Sky Blue FC and also tallied an assist.
In 2013, Levin won the Swedish Super Cup Championship with IFK Göteborg and spent time in Australia with Western Sydney Wanderers.
The Stanford product finished her collegiate career with a 95-4-4 record and made the 2011 NSCAA First-Team All-America and Soccer America MVPs first team. Levin was also named to the 2011 All-Pac-12 first team, NCAA College Cup All-Tournament Team and NSCAA All-Pacific Region first team.
The Dash opened the 2017 season with a 2-0 win over the Chicago Red Stars last Saturday, April 15, at BBVA Compass Stadium. The team now embarks on a three-game road swing beginning Saturday, April 22 at Seattle, where they will face Seattle Reign FC at 9 p.m. CDT.
