
Daniels Earns IFL Defensive Player of the Week Honor

DES MOINES - The Iowa Barnstormers defensive lineman Sean Daniels was named the Indoor Football League's VidSwap.com Defensive Player of the Week for Week 3, the League announced today.
Daniels (6-4, 270, Temple) collected eight tackles, two sacks, one fumble recovery, two pass breakups, and one blocked kick in Iowa's 38-26 victory over the Bemidji Axemen in Week 3. League-wide, Daniels is tied for second in average tackles per game. Daniels and the Barnstormers travel to Green Bay for their game this Sunday, March 22.
The Indoor Football League awarded running back Tory Harrison of the Sioux Falls Storm Offensive Player of the Week while Cedar Rapids kicker Rockne Belmonte earned Special Teams Player of the Week.
