5 Things to Know about #DALvNE

Y'All Means All Night

In honor of Pride Month, Sunday's match is FC Dallas' Y'All Means All Night at Toyota Stadium. Players will wear Love Unites training tops during their pregame warmup and the shirts will be auctioned afterwards with the proceeds benefitting Dallas Hope Charities, a local nonprofit that "cares for those in need throughout our social and geographical communities". For more information on Y'All Means All Night, visit FCDallas.com/Pride.

Maurer Magic

Goalkeeper Jimmy Maurer has been among FCD's most consistent performers over the season and leads all MLS keepers with 91% passing accuracy. The 32-year-old has put in several eye-catching performances, and none more so than his five-save outing against LAFC Wednesday night. Dallas will need Maurer to be at his best once again on Sunday to stop the New England Revolution attack that has the third-most goals in MLS.

Justin Che

Seventeen-year-old Homegrown Justin Che made his FCD and MLS debut in Wednesday's game in LA. The defender played as a right wing back in a 3-5-2 formation and acquitted himself well under difficult circumstances facing LAFC's start-studded attack. Che recorded team-highs in open play crosses (three) and interceptions (five) as well as making two key passes and one tackle. While he's still young, Che looks to be in the conversation for Dallas' starting right back going forward.

Against New England

FC Dallas' all-time regular season record against New England is 18-23-4 (61 GF, 69 GA). Dallas' home record against the Revs is 10-11-3 (31 GF, 30 GA). Dallas' last game against New England was the 2019 Home Opener that saw the clubs draw 1-1 in Luchi Gonzalez's first game as head coach.

About New England

New England is FCD's first Eastern Conference opponent of the season. Bruce Arena's men currently sit atop the conference with 23 points from 10 games. The Rev's main playmaker Carles Gil is an early MVP candidate as the Spaniard has recorded 10 assists through 10 games, twice as many as anyone else in the league. New England has a perfect 5-0-0 record at Gillette Stadium and a 2-1-2 record on the road.
