Dallas Sidekicks Host Second Annual Alumni Match, Take on Oxford City this Saturday

Allen, TX (Jan. 2, 2014) - This Saturday, Jan. 3, the Dallas Sidekicks (8-2) take on Oxford City FC of Texas (7-4) in their sixth regular season home match at 7:00 p.m. at Allen Event Center.
The two teams have already met once this season, the Sidekicks traveling to Ford Arena in Beaumont and putting up a 15-4 victory on Dec. 27. Dallas forward Freddy Moojen netted a record-breaking seven goals in the match, and Carlos Videla scored his second hat trick of the season.
At halftime, fans will be treated to the second annual Dallas Sidekicks Alumni Game, getting the chance to witness a celebration featuring greats from the franchise's past. The game will span 12 minutes with a running clock as Purple vs. Green face off on the turf.
The match-up will include former Sidekicks such as star defender David Doyle, midfielder Terry Woodberry, forward Roderick Scott, and goalkeeper Krys Sobieski among many others. Current Sidekicks head coach and all-time great Tatu will also compete among his former teammates.
