Lancers Set for Two Game Road Swing

(Rochester, NY) - The Rochester Lancers' (4-3) New Year will not be a quiet one as the club will take off for a pair of road matches beginning on Saturday, January 3 and concluding Sunday, January 4th. The club will kickoff their two-game road trip against the Milwaukee Wave on Saturday, at 7:05 p.m. before returning to action on Sunday, with a 4:00 p.m. start at the Chicago Mustangs.
The Wave, traditionally one of the league's powers rest in second place tie in the league's Central Division at 6-5 with Chicago. Milwaukee features former Rochester outdoor players JC Banks and Ian Bennett, who provide threats offensively for the Wave. The Wave have been victorious in two of their last three starts, with their only loss coming against the unbeaten Missouri Comets in a shootout last Wednesday night.
Chicago (5-4) meanwhile are led offensively by Bryan Moya (13 goals) and Miguel Vaca (11 goals). It will mark the first meeting all-time between the Mustangs and Lancers. Chicago has been hot of late winning their last three matches of the season.

The Lancers next home game is on Saturday, January 10, against the Detroit Waza Flo at the Blue Cross Arena. Kickoff for the match is 1:00 p.m. Individual game tickets are now on sale for $10 and $15 for all fans over the age of two.
