
Dallas Assigns Center Warren Peters To Texas

Cedar Park, TX - The Dallas Stars announced Sunday that the club has assigned center Warren Peters to the Texas Stars, Dallas' primary development affiliate in the American Hockey League (AHL).
Peters, 27, has skated in 11 games for Dallas this season, recording one goal with a +1 rating. Peters has played 34 games for Texas in 2009-10, recording 19 points (13g, 6a) and 21 penalty minutes. The 6-0, 198-pound center signed with Dallas as a free agent on July 6, 2009.
Texas continues a five-game home stand on Tuesday, February 9th with a game against the Grand Rapids Griffins at 7:30 PM. On Tuesday, fans who bring a HEB brand non-perishable food item will receive $5.00 off their ticket price. The Stars conclude a five-game home stand with a pair of games with Chicago on Friday, February 12th at 7:30 PM and Saturday, February 13th at 7:00 PM. On Friday night, the first 3,000 fans receive a Texas Stars Car Flag and fans may purchase $2.00 domestic drafts and $1.00 hot dogs. The State Farm Family four-pack (four tickets, four sodas and four hot dogs) is available for Saturday night. All games can be heard on the Stars flagship station ESPNAustin 104.9 FM "The Horn" or ESPNAustin 1530-AM.
Tickets for any of the Stars 40 regular season home games at Cedar Park Center are on sale, starting as low as $9.00 a seat. Individual game tickets may be purchased by calling Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000, by going online at www.ticketmaster.com or by visiting any local Ticketmaster outlet.
