
D.J. Carton Signs 10-Day Contract with Toronto Raptors

The Toronto Raptors have signed Iowa Wolves guard D.J. Carton to a 10-day contract. This is the first NBA contract for the Bettendorf, Iowa native.
Carton has started 29 games this season for Iowa, averaging 18.6 points, 5.7 assists and 3.4 rebounds per game. In Iowa's final game on Feb. 13 before the all-star break, Carton scored a career-high 38 points on 13-of-21 shooting, including making 4-of-8 three-pointers. He added eight assists and three steals in the win over the Rip City Remix.
In three G League seasons with Iowa and the Greensboro Swarm, Carton has played in 102 career games, averaging 14.0 points, 4.7 assists and 3.7 rebounds per game.
