Washington, D.C. (August 21, 2006) - D.C. United players will be making a number of appearances this week. On Thursday, Troy Perkins, Brandon Prideaux, Jamil Walker and Clyde Simms will be present at the Grand Opening of Gold's Gym in Clarendon. Brian Carroll, Alecko Eskandarian, John Wilson, Bryan Namoff, Jeff Carroll, Andy Metcalf, Josh Gros, Bobby Boswell, Nick Rimando, Justin Moose, Domenic Mediate and Ryan McIntosh will be divided into two groups that will be making separate appearances on Sunday at the Community Soccer Series. Also on Sunday, some players, who will be determined later, will be at the August Cup at the Maryland SoccerPlex. Full appearance information is as follows:
