Charlottetown Islanders forward Cédric Desruisseaux is the winner of the 2020-2021 Jean-Béliveau Trophy as the QMJHL's top scorer.
The overager put an end to his Major Junior career by enjoying his most productive campaign to date. The Victoriaville, Que. native concluded the 2020-2021 regular season at the top of the QMJHL scoring race with 78 points in 40 games.
Desruisseaux also led the league with 42 goals, including a 13-game streak during which he scored at least one goal. An equally impressive accomplishment, the forward was held off the scoresheet just once in his 40 outings this season.
