CURVE WASHED AWAY AGAIN IN AKRON ON SATURDAY Curve and RubberDucks postponed for the second straight night AKRON, Ohio - Saturday night's game between the Altoona Curve and the Akron RubberDucks at Canal Park has been postponed due to wet grounds. The game will be made up as part of a double-header on Sunday, with the first game beginning at 1:05 p.m.
Right-hander Yeudy Garcia (0-2, 6.43) will be on the mound for the first game of Sunday's double-header, with lefty Sean Keselica (2-0, 0.00 ERA) starting the second game.
Also, Friday night's rain-postponed game will be made up as part of a double-header at Canal Park on Saturday, July 8, beginning at 5:35 p.m.
The double-headers will consist of two seven-inning contests.
