Curve announce playoff roster

Altoona Curve News Release


The Altoona Curve have set their active Eastern League playoff roster. The Curve will play Game One of their Best-of-Five E.L. Divisional Series against the Akron Aeros (AA/Cleveland Indians) Wednesday night at 7:05 PM at Canal Park in Akron.

PITCHERS: Mike Connolly, Dave Davidson, Chris Hernandez, Landon Jacobsen, Brandon Knight, Blaine Neal, Matt Peterson, Jason Roach, Josh Shortslef, Wardell Starling, Jorge Vasquez

CATCHERS: Octavio Martinez, Milver Reyes, Neil Walker

INFIELDERS: Brian Bixler, Brandon Chaves, Javier Guzman, Taber Lee, Brent Lillibridge, Simon Pond, Brant Ust

OUTFIELDERS: Andrew McCutchen, Pedro Powell, Brett Roneberg, Ray Sadler

NOTE: Lillibridge and Powell have been promoted from Class-A Lynchburg and will be making their Double-A debuts for the Curve during the playoffs.
