Crushers Announce Opening Day Promotion

Avon, Oh- For the first time, the Lake Erie Crushers will run a "We Win-You Win" promotion for Opening Day, which will take place on May 18th at All Pro Freight Stadium.

The idea behind the promotion is simple. If the Crushers can beat their opponents, the Schaumburg Boomers, every fan in attendance will be able to use their ticket as a voucher for another home game during the 2012 season. The vouchers will be good for any home box seat that is available for any remaining regular season game, except for the 4th of July.

The Crushers will have 46 other home games, aside from Opening Day and the 4th of July. Some schedule highlights include:

- Fireworks every Friday Night.

- Every Thursday is Thirsty Thursday, with soft drinks and beers for $1.

- Pack the Park Pink Night is August 10th.

- Browns-Steelers Night and Ohio State-Michigan Night on 7/28 and 8/24 respectively.

- Two Dog Days, one on 5/20 and the other on 8/12

- Plus, many more promotions!
